I called Lionel Aubert, I proclaimed my innocence in a criminal case where police officers, prosecutors and judges have prepared false documents to make me condemn.
I insist, I am innocent. And I provided plenty of evidence of my innocence on this website.
I had to flee France and I seek refuge abroad, the time that my innocence is acknowledged.
I hope to soon be able to return. The problem is that people within the State are scheming to put me behind bars or asylum (because failing to send an innocent man in prison, they're trying so send me to HP ; it is easy for them, they declare people mad, and there's no more need to go to trial...).
"We do not send people in prisons or asylums for no reason" are you going to tell me... Well, unfortunately, if. Read these few pages and make up your mind.
Just before, I return to this important clarification :
I fled France and I am a refugee abroad
From there, I introduced an appeal with the European Court of human rights, you know, this European institution, which from time to time condemns some countries, including France .
Please, when you read these lines, I know that naturally, most of you begin to doubt, because of what is called the" argument from authority ", the denial or even fear, but please, leave your fears in the locker room and ask yourself," and if Lionel Aubert was right ? "
The false documents
I put in because of the judges and the police to have made false statements in documents to send me in the asylum. A statement voluntarily false, a fact that has never existed in a real documents such as a judgment or order is what is called a "false-intellectual" and falls under the scope of article 441-4 of the penal Code.
I went into detail about these fake on my old site lionelaubert.fr [doesn't exist anymore] that the police and prosecutors are in the process, at this time, to prevent (you can visit it on archive.org).
Among this assembly, two judges separate, the administrative, the other civilian, have each invented, one in Paris, I have been the subject of a psychiatric expertise (2016) and the other in the Bouches-du-Rhône that I would have been hospitalized force in a psychiatric facility (2018).
These judges rely on police officers who have established from 2012 to 2014, on the order of the prosecutor's office to Aix-en-Provence, fake minutes of investigation.
In my defence, and especially to preserve myself an internment arbitrary, I published these elements on Web pages and on social networks (among other things, page Facebook, and YouTube videos).
I quote the name of the prosecutor, attorney, deputy and police officers, published documents in support.
These people have not liked, a female police officer and a subordinate of the attorney that I was involved then filed a complaint against me, to put me in custody and indict me. I have denounced these facts (as this can be the people that I put in due to lead an investigation against me) with the Defender of rights (the services of Jacques Toubon) and of the European Court of human rights (ECHR). In vain.
I made the decision to flee France and the European Union (because of the European arrest warrants) a week before the trial that I think of as rigged.
Before my flight, I did print a book (500 pages, downloadable free PDF) where I tell my story : Thriller autobiographical . It was written between 2015 and 2016.
The simplest and fastest way remains the same when read 9 web pages listed in the table above.
In my case, I do not put in because the institutions (by definition they are abstract), but the men and women who manipulate, or divert to special interests.
Since February 2020, I am in exile abroad.
Reading of the pages on this site
What is called " level 1 " corresponds to a reading of the facts, with quite a bit of interpretation. The 9 pages are fairly easy to read. It is best to start by knowing the facts before you seek to interpret them.
The " level 2 " corresponds to a mechanism of State, that of a cell occult, the DACG, which is hidden within the ministry of Justice. These are criminal matters of State that are manufactured, with the purpose of sending to prison or psychiatric hospitals, with documents, distorted people on which this agency down. A main support of this dispensary is the use of networks, mostly masons, but also of the corruption of judges and prosecutors. More than 50 000 people are targeted in France by this dispensary, for several years. The number seems huge, but it represents less than one in 1,000. We are individuals, lambda, of the drops of water.
The " level 3 " is the one of the original people at outside of the initial deal, but there are also bringing their support in order to harm me. This is essentially two people, the mayor of Istres, Bernardini, in 2014 for a deal in real estate where I bothered and my sister in 2019 in a family affair a gift from my grandmother (for beasts story of money, she produced the false statements to try to make me internet).
Follows a presentation of several stakeholders (non-exhaustive list).
The pages relating to the offence of "non-assistance" come to explain that, in the context of these cases, any person who has knowledge is obliged to provide assistance.
Finally, the issues in this case are : I do not intend to stay indefinitely in exile simply because some prosecutors, police and judges have created false documents. There will be several ways to make me return to France, and the worse for the counterfeiters. Some people may think that it could be completed " in that fish ", but no, I have to go home in France with guarantees for my security. Therefore, this case will not be buried.
